Full Time Staff:
Full time staff should have a commitment for 2 years. No matter from which country they are!
Part Time Staff:
Persons from the state of Goa itself are prefered as part time staffs, who knows the local language are also prefered. They can involve in the ministry as once in a week. (For eg: if they are ready to come on sundays, they are suppose to come only on sundays; not on random basis.)
Volunteers:
The people who are more interested in ministry, especially persons who own a heart for the people who are rejected and neglected by the society. Their commitment towards the Lord is most important.
Lady Staffs:
Lady staffs are required immediately. No matter their Nativity/Citizenship. They should be talented in Counseling, Communication, Child Care and Hospitality...
